This is a new website bringing together material which is related to both theory.org.uk and newmediastudies.com.

It's obviously about art, and cities... in a sociological, rather than tourist, sense.

The site was created by David Gauntlett in April 2000. It's only grown quite slowly since then, but it's still developing. A new photo essay on Turkish Diaspora in Berlin, for example, was added in June 2001, and an essay on art in the Olympic city was added in March 2002. And the site continues to grow.
